Does Dapps store patient information?
No. Protected health information (PHI) is not stored. Dapps are designed to be useful without saving patient data.
Do dapps work with my EHR?
Dapps don't plug directly into your electronic health record (EHR). Instead, they produce clean, copy-ready outputs (a summary, a score, a short note) that you can move into your chart with minimal friction.
Can I create a dapp to diagnose and treat a patient?
No. Dapps are aids, not decision-makers. They help you organize information, work through steps, and save time, but the clinical decision is always yours. A dapp is never a substitute for your professional judgment.
